He is actively involved in the business of the Company since its inception.

Mrs. Prafulla Shah belongs to the Shah family and is a Whole Time Director of Three M Paper Boards Limited. She is a Graduate in Arts and has over 30 years of experience in Human Resource Management & Administrative functions. She is instrumental to plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.

Mr. Rushabh Shah a distinguished member of Shah Family, holds an esteemed degree in Mechenical Engineering from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland. With his profound knowledge and modern management expertise, he serves as an invaluable promoter and director of the Company. His exceptional business acumen positions him as an ideal leader, responsible for driving Three M’s remarkable growth in both domestic and international markets. He has been handling the Production and marketing operations of the Company since 2007 and under his leadership, the marketing and production operations of the Company have improved significantly. His advanced skills in researching markets and identifying target markets, excellent project management abilities and strong IT knowledge is helping the Company achieve great heights

Shri Ashok Kumar Bansal is a distinguished Pulp and Paper Technologist, having completed a certificate course at the Institute of Paper Technology, Saharanpur under Roorkie University. With an illustrious career spanning over 45 years, Shri Bansal has made significant contributions to the paper manufacturing industry. He served as an Executive Director on the Board of N. R. Agarwal Industries Ltd. from November 2015 to July 2023, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing the company's technical operations. His expertise extends to various facets of paper production, encompassing both technical and administrative domains. As a life member of esteemed organizations such as IPPTA and TAPPI (USA), Shri Bansal exemplifies a commitment to excellence and continuous learning in his field. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded numerous projects aimed at enhancing the quality and productivity of paper and board manufacturing processes.
